STEP 2: Once the screening committee has approved your application, an invoice will be sent to your email that you can pay online or you can mail a check to Garden City Arts.

STEP 1: Find and print the form by clicking on the link below.

STEP 2: Include 4 pictures of your work with your application. Please clearly label each photo with your name for easy identification. Also Please include a check for your vendor fee made out to Garden City Arts. (Your check will not be cashed until the screening committee has approved your application.)

STEP 3: Please mail everything to Garden City Arts, 318 N Main, Garden City, KS 67846.
