IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2023 SHOWCASE

  • SUBMIT ARTWORK: Please drop off your artwork during our normal business hours anytime between October 24 - 28, 2023. *Remember you can call ahead to schedule a time to drop off work outside of gallery hours.*

  • OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, November 3, 2023 from 6 - 8 PM

  • EXHIBITION CONCLUDES: Saturday, December 23, 2023

  • PICKUP ARTWORK: Anytime during normal business hours between January 2 - 13, 2024.

GUIDELINES

  • Artwork must be original works of art. No reproductions or copies will be accepted.

  • Artwork cannot have been previously exhibited at Garden City Arts.

  • All artwork submitted must be professionally presented and have a secure hanging device (hanging wire or sawtooth hangers are the preferred method).

  • Limit of 4 pieces of artwork per person.

  • Garden City Arts will take a 25% commission on artwork sold during the exhibit.

  • You must be a donating member of Garden City Arts to participate in this exhibition (learn how to become a member here).

  • Please fill out the form below if you plan to submit artwork.

  • The artwork will be handled with care; however, neither GCA nor its employees will be responsible for any loss or damage of submitted pieces. Garden City Arts does have a limited liability policy. Any additional insurance is the responsibility of the artist.

  • Artists will allow photos to be taken and possibly used in any publication that is sponsored by GCA. Artists give permission to use images of their artwork on GCA’s social media platform and website for promotional purposes.

  • The Garden City Arts Board of Directors and Executive Director reserve the right to reject pieces of artwork for any reason.
