  • The Tidwells have been making music together since they met in college, creating a sound best described as “acoustic eclectic.” Their performances feature a mix of acoustic guitar, ukulele, and rich vocal harmonies, blending elements of folk, country, rock, and gospel. Much like the weather in Western Kansas—if you don’t like it, just wait a few minutes—their style is always shifting, offering something new with every song.

  • Hailing from Hays, Kansas, 80 Proof Alice is a high-energy 

    trio that artfully fuses various musical influences to create 

    their unique bluegrass sound. They have been making 

    waves across the state, appearing on numerous Midwest 

    festival lineups. The group features Tyson Lesage, whose 

    dynamic flatpicking brings a spirited energy to their 

    performances, and the 2022 Kansas State Banjo Champion, 

    Jason Riegel, whose melodic banjo ris add depth and 

    texture to their music. Completing the ensemble is Aimee 

    Riegel, whose steady bass lines provide a solid foundation, 

    enriched by her soulful vocals and harmonious melodies 

    that resonate with emotion. 

    In March 2024, the trio busted onto the scene with the release of their debut self-titled EP, showcasing their exceptional talent and musical versatility. They followed this with a full live album in December 2024, capturing the raw energy of their performances. Looking ahead, 80 Proof Alice has exciting plans to launch a full studio album in 2025, promising even more captivating tunes for their growing fanbase.

  • Singer/songwriter who has opened for Granger Smith/Earl Dibbles Jr., Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Curtis Grimes, Bart Crow, Zane Williams, JB and the Moonshine Band, Moe Bandy, Bo Phillips, Cowboy Troy and more! He is the lead singer of Joey Dean and the Dry River Band.

    Joey Dean grew up in Kansas and Oklahoma playing music since the age of 13. Started with punk rock, then went to hard rock and metal before pulling back the reins and focusing on his roots. He took less than a year of piano lessons at the age of 12. When he was 14 he began teaching himself bass guitar and eventually transitioned into learning the acoustic guitar. He bought his first electric guitar at the age of 16 and still continues learning guitar to this day. Though he was born in Wichita, KS, Joey claims his hometown as Ashland, KS where he graduated high school in 2004.

    He has been privileged enough to play and jam with other artists such as Bo Phillips, Shane Berggren of 2Twenty2, Terry Jenkins III of Reckless Rebellion, Lake Baker of The Down Times, Brady Nichols and the Day Riders, Jenny Leigh, Marc Baker, Larry Jensen, Paul Gilly and the Gunslingers, Chris Compton, Outlaws Inc, Will Wobbie and Fred Williams. Jensen made a guest appearance on Joeys solo album in the song "Miss Me". Lane Baker appeared on and produced "Shootin Memories" and "Hand Me Down Cowboy". Berggren played on and produced the studio version of "Honky Tonks in Texas."

    Joey's music has been played on a number of radio stations across the state of Kansas and in NW Oklahoma. He resides in Ingalls, KS with his wife Jennifer and their son Harrison or as he is known on the radio and online, #H. Joey is General Manager for a group of radio stations in Garden City, KS and Guymon, OK. He is also a former morning show and sports talk show host.

    In November 2023 Joey and the band put out their first album #Deantime which can be streamed on all platforms.
