Nothing. The GCA Kit Program is provided free of charge thanks to support from GCA's grantors and funders.

Two ready-to-teach art projects each month, including lesson instructions, project materials, and select tools.

Participants are expected to make a reasonable effort to use the provided projects. If a project cannot be used, GCA asks that you report it so we can accurately track program participation.

Yes. A brief pre-program and post-program survey are required. These surveys help Garden City Arts evaluate the program and provide required information to the organizations that fund it.

Yes! New for 2026/27, participating schools and organizations may request one in-person lesson per semester with GCA Kids Instructor Miss Wheet. Visits are subject to instructor availability.

Materials are generally available during the first week of each month during regular gallery hours, Tuesday-Saturday, 1-5 PM. GCA will provide participating organizations with exact pickup information.

Kit boxes, reusable tools, and other GCA property must be returned by the stated deadline. Failure to return GCA property may affect future program eligibility.
