Provide the community with a free activity during Harvest Celebration!

Garden City Arts and the Garden City Parks & Rec Department will host the 1st annual Harvest Celebration in Garden City, KS. This multicultural festival will highlight the cultural diversity of Garden City by focusing on how people from around the world celebrate the harvest. This family friendly event will include live performances, pumpkin painting, and free arts & crafts activities for all ages.

FAQS

  • No. There is no booth fee for organizations that provide a free activity or service.

  • Organizations are welcome to use their assigned activity as a fundraiser; however, you ARE NOT allowed to sell products. You can only ask for donations.

  • No. Organizations will be assigned their activity on a first come, first served basis. Application submitted early will get first choose of GCA activities/equipment or activity.

    GCA will provide supplies and instructions for projects listed on the registration form.

  • Garden City Arts will send all activity vendors a 'Vendor Packet' that includes a map with your booth number. Booth spots will be marked on the grass with your booth number in the bottom right corner.
